Job Requirements
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to operate store equipment
- Ability to stock and organize ingredients and supplies
- Ability to prepare food products according to company standards
- Ability to handle telephone orders professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in the facility
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- Ability to perform basic math operations accurately
- Ability to process cash and give correct change
- Ability to use computers or touch screen devices for order entry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work confidently in a team environment
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties
- General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Provide great customer service and effective service recovery
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Make correct monetary change
- Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
