Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • No prior cooking experience required
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude towards customers and teammates
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Follow food safety regulations and company standards strictly
  • Learn and apply cooking techniques and recipes as trained
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist in training new employees as needed
