Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Comfortable working with large groups of people
Able to work flexible hours during operational times including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to sit, stand, and move around for long durations
Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Capable of frequent communication in a busy indoor environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to park guests and members
Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety and adherence to park rules
Prepare and serve food and beverages in the cafe area
Host parties and manage party events including setup and guest engagement
Assist with front desk duties including membership sales and check-ins
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the park environment
Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a seamless experience
