Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer-facing roles in entertainment, retail, service, or fitness industries is ideal but not required
Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods

Job Duties

Monitor trampoline safety and enforce park rules
Serve food and beverages in the cafe area
Host group parties and events ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage front desk operations including membership sales
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Assist with maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment
