Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Prepare food items according to Chipotle standards
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
Operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Assist in training new team members
