Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
  • Commitment to following food safety and hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is helpful but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a passion for serving others
  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
