Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting
  • availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of restaurant experience
  • prior experience working with seafood is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers safely
  • handle cashier duties including processing transactions and providing excellent customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and service areas
  • greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • follow all food safety and restaurant health regulations
  • assist in training new employees as needed
