Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the respective country
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves
  • Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
  • Follow company procedures and comply with health and safety regulations
