Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Pass a background check if applicable
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications

- Willingness and desire to learn cooking and food preparation

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Uphold Chipotle's standards of food quality and safety by following proper procedures
- Support team members and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and advance career opportunities
- Comply with company policies and health regulations consistently
