Job Requirements
- Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods
- Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs
- Comply with all airport and train station rules and regulations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or retail food service is an advantage
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for operating cash register and handling transactions
- Ability to maintain composure and friendly conduct under pressure
Job Duties
- Be a champion of customer service and provide excellent customer service to customers
- Greet and acknowledge customers quickly, take food orders, deliver food orders, and provide information about menu
- Operate POS cash register and accurately record items purchased by the customer
- Accept customer payment and secure cash in POS cash drawer following cash handling policy
- Assist with kitchen functions including food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing
- Ensure proper food and beverage handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, rotating, and temperature checks
- Estimate product usage and request stock to maintain proper inventory levels
- Regularly stock and reorganize products in the store
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, pots, pans, walls, windows, and general areas
- Empty trash bins, sweep and mop floors
- Follow all security and safety procedures
- Interact cooperatively with coworkers and offer assistance
- Notify management of any incidents or accidents
- Perform other duties as required by management
