Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn cooking extensively
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards rigorously
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Participate in training programs to develop culinary and customer service skills
  • Assist in inventory control and product quality assurance
