Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Basic cooking skills or willingness to learn cooking extensively
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards rigorously
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Participate in training programs to develop culinary and customer service skills
- Assist in inventory control and product quality assurance
