Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or fast-casual environment is an advantage but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
Follow health and safety standards to ensure food quality and customer safety
Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within the company
