Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Attend training sessions to enhance job skills and product knowledge
- Assist in managing food inventory and restocking supplies
- Support team efforts during busy periods and maintain efficient workflow
