Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Pass background check and any local employment eligibility verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated passion for serving and helping others
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist in training new team members and support team collaboration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workspace
- Handle digital tips and POS transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities
