Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move food and beverage products
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers
- Demonstrated customer service and cash handling experience preferred

- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Ability to comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Clean and stock customer eating areas, workstations and equipment
- Greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting and follow all HMSHost customer service policies and procedures
- Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the unit
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- Assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- Receive inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
- Perform all other responsibilities as directed by management
