Job Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate frequently in busy and loud indoor environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and memorable customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Monitor trampoline courts and ensure guest safety
- Assist in café operations and food service
- Host parties and special events
- Support front desk with membership sales and customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with park members, guests, and colleagues
