Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to learn and adapt
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily
- operate multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service
- create a friendly atmosphere for customers and team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- learn and follow food safety and hygiene standards
- cooperate with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
