Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
must be able to stand for extended periods
good communication skills
must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple roles
team player with a positive attitude

Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
prepare high quality food in a safe manner
clean and sanitize items used in food preparation to prevent contamination
