Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow company standards and health and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support efforts to create a welcoming environment for all customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
