Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare fresh ingredients and real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
