Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location
- legal eligibility to work in the country of employment

- physical ability to perform tasks related to food service including standing for extended periods
- availability to work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling
- willingness to participate in required training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- enthusiasm to learn cooking skills and food preparation
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- assist in food preparation ensuring quality and safety standards
- support team members and collaborate effectively
- learn and adhere to Chipotle's food handling and hygiene policies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- participate in training programs and career development opportunities
