Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location
Basic math skills
Able to maintain reasonable attendance
Able to arrive at scheduled time
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
Physical ability to bend and move throughout the workday
Able to lift full pans weighing 30 pounds to shoulder height
Able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and refilling stock

Job Duties

Be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
Work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
Read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
Make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within the performance standards
Interact with guests as appropriate
Wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
Provide verbal baking instructions to all guests and thank them
Give the order to the guest within the 6-minute door to door service time
Assist guests with carrying pizzas to their car or holding the door
Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
Follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
Perform opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
Perform any other job-related duties as directed
May perform duties of a Cashier or Prep Person
