Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Pass background checks as required
Legally eligible to work in the respective country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for cooking and food preparation
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Job Duties

Prepare food items by hand daily
Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations confidently
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
Support team members and collaborate effectively
Learn and adapt to various roles as needed
Uphold Chipotle's standards of quality and food safety
