Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred but not required

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Collaborate effectively with team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
Assist in training and supporting new team members
