Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to follow food safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work as part of a team
Passion for food and learning culinary skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support efforts to promote sustainable and responsible food practices
