Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support efforts to promote sustainable and responsible food practices
