Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Willingness to learn and perform various food preparation tasks
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pass background checks if applicable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily following Chipotle’s quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to health and safety regulations
Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction
Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
