Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform various food preparation tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily following Chipotle’s quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to health and safety regulations
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance within the company
