Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
  • Desire to learn how to cook and work at various stations
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Submit to required background checks and comply with local employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to learn various restaurant roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand following chipotle’s cleanliness and quality standards
  • Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence in food preparation and service
  • Support the company’s mission by upholding values related to sustainability and quality
