Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook and work at various stations
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Submit to required background checks and comply with local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn various restaurant roles and responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and team collaboration
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand following chipotle’s cleanliness and quality standards
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence in food preparation and service
- Support the company’s mission by upholding values related to sustainability and quality
