Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Participate in training and development programs to advance skills
Uphold Chipotle's standards of food quality and guest experience
