Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily following Chipotle's food preparation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming environment
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth operations
  • Engage with customers and team members enthusiastically
  • Participate in training and development to improve skills and advance career
