Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily according to company standards
- Operate and rotate through various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Support team members and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and advance career
