Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an advantage but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Participate in training and development programs
- Uphold company standards for food quality and safety
