Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at designated stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support sustainable and responsible food practices in daily tasks
