Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to stand for extended periods
No prior experience required but a willingness to learn is essential

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for serving customers and working as part of a team
Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet restaurant goals
Support efforts to promote sustainable food practices
