Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow all food safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Guest focus - anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
Job Duties
- Follow brand standards, recipes and systems
- Follow food safety standards
- Prepare food and beverages
- Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
- Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Clean equipment and guest areas
- Take orders at the drive thru or front counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
- Serve and communicate with guests
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
