Job Requirements

be at least 16 years old
ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards
legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous but not required
strong communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
enthusiasm for learning new skills, particularly cooking
friendly and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

prepare real food by hand daily
provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
operate and work confidently at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
support team members and collaborate effectively
maintain cleanliness and safety standards
engage with customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner
participate in ongoing training and development programs
