Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to undergo training and follow company policies
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand each day without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow company standards for food safety and cleanliness
- Participate in training to develop culinary and customer service skills
- Support sustainable and responsible food practices as part of the company mission
