Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Willingness to undergo training and follow company policies
Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others
Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand each day without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow company standards for food safety and cleanliness
Participate in training to develop culinary and customer service skills
Support sustainable and responsible food practices as part of the company mission
