Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- comfortable working in a busy and loud indoor environment
- prior customer service experience preferred but not required

- previous experience in high volume customer-facing roles is ideal
- customer service or sales experience is a bonus

Job Duties
- monitor trampoline courts and ensure guest safety
- provide excellent customer service to guests and members
- assist in the cafe with food and beverage preparation and service
- host and manage parties and events
- conduct membership sales and front desk operations
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
