Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Comply with company policies and food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
Desire to learn cooking skills
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Previous experience in food service roles is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Participate in continuous training and development programs
Support efforts to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing
