Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to learn cooking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location
  • Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to Chipotle standards and recipes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist in training new crew members as needed
