Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and be trained on multiple restaurant stations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food by hand according to Chipotle’s quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in food prep stations including salsa and expo
- Follow all health and safety regulations
