Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible part-time shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods, instructing axe throwing safely, and moving around the venue
- enthusiasm for learning new skills and embracing varied roles
- background check clearance
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to handle cash transactions and basic sales
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols and venue policies

- skilled at delivering exceptional customer service, adapting to diverse groups and personalities

- comfortable with public speaking, leading groups, and stepping into different roles as needed
- passionate about creating experiences guests will rave about long after they leave
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage groups of all sizes and backgrounds, ensuring every guest feels included and excited to participate
- instruct guests on axe throwing techniques and safety protocols, making sure everyone has fun in a safe environment
- host and referee axe throwing games, keeping the energy high and the competition friendly
- guide escape room experiences by providing clues, hints, and encouragement, helping groups solve puzzles and beat the clock
- step into character and bring immersive experiences to life as an actor, game master, or event host-whatever the day calls for
- capture memorable moments by taking group photos and celebrating guest achievements
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting venue throughout each shift
- sell concessions and merchandise, upselling with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- monitor guest safety at all times, responding quickly and professionally to any issues
- contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace where everyone supports each other
