Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Basic food safety and hygiene awareness

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills
Uphold company standards for food safety and quality
