Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others
Desire to learn how to cook
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or related roles is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

Prepare real food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
Provide exceptional and friendly customer service
Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment
Handle cash and digital tips responsibly
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
