Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or related roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
  • Provide exceptional and friendly customer service
  • Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment
  • Handle cash and digital tips responsibly
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
