Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
  • Work confidently at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Support sustainable food and farming practices by adhering to company standards
  • Participate in comprehensive training to develop cooking and service skills
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Uphold company values by demonstrating a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
