Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
  • Friendly enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others both customers and team members
  • Desire to learn how to cook
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare food fresh daily by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations strictly
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Uphold company standards in food quality and customer interaction
