Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service

- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work site
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a friendly, positive attitude
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
- Follow health and safety standards to ensure food quality and employee safety
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and organized workstations
- Learn and apply cooking techniques to prepare fresh menu items
