Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple roles within the restaurant
- Enthusiasm and passion for providing excellent customer experiences
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately
- Support training and development of new team members
