Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn how to cook extensively
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service or fast-casual restaurant is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Support team members and promote a cooperative workplace culture
  • Learn and apply cooking techniques and restaurant procedures
  • Handle transactions and digital tips accurately
