Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
Desire to learn how to cook
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or customer service experience is advantageous but not required

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Work collaboratively with team members to create a friendly atmosphere
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
Follow company food safety and operational guidelines
Participate in training and development programs
