Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a friendly atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
Follow all food safety and quality protocols
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s recipes and cooking techniques
Engage in continuous learning and skill development
